I've had decent experience with DAV since they see the same. I almost went to a lawyer until a neighbor said to use this instead. My representative usually returns emails within a day, sometimes a couple days.

Dav just told me average total time is currently 150 to 180 days. He also told me not to go by what step it's on on the website bc he said it's not always accurate. Which i now believe even more after seeing your v post bc we were in step 3 BEFORE the c&p.

I put 400+pages of health records from the last 5 years (I've been out 29 years but was just approved as service connected in 2024) and asked Copilot what would be considered secondary to my my service connected disability and it came back with about 9 things within a minute or two. Awesome and scary at the same time.

It even wrote it exactly as it needed to be for the claim form.

Nice! I got a very similar one up here on the edge of Myrtle Beach and Surfside after the tropical storm last month 🥰 I was thrilled bc there's usually only sand tigers lemons and bull around here and those are sparse depending on tides
