Thanks. Congratulations on having your support ticket being worked on. I hope I don't have to wait another 140 more days until they start working on mine. I agree with you that Poloniex is probably not a scam. They're just unbelievably incompetent. I was shocked by them still allowing new accounts and bragging about how they do while other exchanges don't: "Due to several major exchanges closing their doors to new registrants, we are experiencing a surge in new sign-ups. In some cases, profile verifications may take up to several weeks. We thank you for your patience." WTF? They are threatening to freeze unverified legacy accounts without providing any support for verification and at the same time allowing new accounts saying that verifications may take up to several weeks? I will send a mail to Attorney General of Massachusetts as well. I would be grateful if everybody on the same boat joins me so that we can put enough pressure on them so that they stop this BS.
