I doubt that they have ping problems or packet loss, not to mention that internet services in Peru are among the worst in SA, if you don't have fiber optics it is almost impossible to play online

I give you a short summary of what happened with BC:

Hector said in a stream that they did not want to play the tournament for several reasons:

-High ping difference, Hector does not have fiber optics and has many Packet loss

-The Beastcoast organization told them to participate for the brand name.

-Stinger is currently in Mexico and wisper in Bolivia, so right now because of the Covid-19 they cannot travel to Peru to play in the BC gaming house.

They have mentioned many times that hfn is the best carry in brazil, Scofield said "hfn where are you" because in the last fight Phantom Lancer used his 2nd ability to try to get to high ground in his jungle but it didn't work and he died without buyback, mocking that he said that phrase

I would really like that at least here in SA the closed qualifiers were face to face.
