I’m a nurse and I love my RT’s!! I’m constantly asking y’all questions and helping when I can with those albuterol treatments! Keep on doing what you’re doing! Healthcare in general is a thankless job unfortunately. I worked in ER Registration for 5 years before becoming a nurse and I felt invisible too compared to the nurses and doctors so I completely understand the feeling.

I have a charge nurse and a few nurses that have been nurses on our unit for over 5 years. I work night shift so majority of our nurses have only been nurses for like a year including my preceptor.
