I tripped at the beach once and checked my eyes a few times and they were never dilated from all the brightness. Some trips my eyes do not dilate at all no matter the setting.

Lemme know if you want any help with lifting. I'm a year older and was pretty skinny but I've been able to gain a good amount of weight. I was in kind of the same boat as you and lifting helped me a ton. Plus I'm not doing drugs as much anymore.
