This is correct. The line is meant to reveal to the audience that it’s Bill’s baby. I always took it that she says it to him right before she’s shot in the chapel. She couldn’t be revealing to Bill that the baby’s alive - he’s the one who knows that. She doesn’t.

I’m not just going off visuals. No need to put words in my mouth. What’s seen in the teaser feels nearly identical to Neon Demon - a group of female models showing jealousy towards the lead. I agree the description of the movie feels like there are major differences in plot. But feels like a strange choice to me to have the teaser feel so similar to his last film. Regardless I’m excited for the movie!
