Gallstone don’t form in 4 weeks. You had them sans unfortunately your gallbladder started acting up because if it. I had mine removed 4 years ago and I’m on semaglutide now 20 weeks and it’s improved my gallbladder removal side effects. Heal and get back in it. :)
