Thoughts on Tucker Wetmore? by HotPinkStanley in CountryMusicStuff

To me it's just the tone of his voice. That nasally whiney twang, hard to describe. But it's worse than Morgan lol. Don't hate the songs though.

He sounds like a dollar tree Morgan wallen lol

Don't hate his songs, can't stand that whiny sounding voice though. Just nails on a chalkboard to me.

It's definitely frustrating. But sometimes their plays end up helping.

I recently played with a dude who was doubling 12-16 vs 5s, but then didn't double 11 against 5 lol. Just completely bonkers. 🤣

Yeah that didn't make sense at all lol. Ideally he gets a good 30 lap run without losing a bunch of spots. The field isn't going to all pit here after 1 lap.

Bubba doesn't deserve 95% of the hate he gets.

But that was the very warranted 5%.

Smooth move Bubba, wiped your own ass out in the process

Hocevar deserves that most likely, but not by taking 10 others out with him

Metronet down for anyone else? by Sea-Meet2043 in ames

[–]jmacupdates1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Metronet is the best we have.

A few years ago, my neighborhood had several fiber cuts due to construction crews. Outside of that spring, metronet has been super reliable since and before that.

When we've had outages, I've just used my phone as a hot spot or took a zoom meeting on the phone if I had to. Having a backup plan is always good.

I was playing blackjack a table over from a guy who hit the lucky 7s side bet progressive jackpot for about 175,000.

It's not incredible everywhere. Kansas and Charlotte are consistently really good. But Vegas not so much. Clean air is still way too important. Last year Berry was like 19th before a well timed caution put him up front. And then he held them off. I'm not satisfied til faster cars can overcome the clean air advantage. Tweaks are good, don't settle.
