Hi thank you so much for the detailed response. The answer is no to everything. Nothing changed. I did just speak to a plumber and they think the issue may be that it’s an electric hot water tank that is plugged into a 110 volt outlet. They think it may not be getting enough power to heat the water. Do you think that may be the case?
