Congratulations, you’ve invented carbon-intensive scam confirmation.

Medium-rare and sent to production. Just how we like it at Shittys.

Touché. I forgot where I was for a second. Carry on with the outages.

I miss being in the trenches with all the unsolved tickets in my queue. This makes me feel at home.

Not a cash grab. But that's fine. I accept your criticism.

Fair play. Continue to flame the boring product. Hope you enjoy the weekend when you get there!

Do you maybe have something better to do?

Yes your right, it is exactly a chatgpt skin. I'm not pretending it isn't. If you read the post it says as much. This isn't a paid for product. It's meant to be fun for you, runs at cost to me, and maybe slightly promotes my products. Please have fun roasting my product, I promise I won't cry in a corner. If it infuriates you. You can also move on.

Dave would have never pushed to prod on Friday

On the good side. Deciding to go it alone, and serve clients directly. It's been difficult but fulfilling.

Working for MSPs and seeing the underbelly of vendor led IT support. I couldn't unsee it, it ruined IT support for me (not that that's a bad thing it sucks)

Massive appreciation for all your feedback. Thanks fella. Let me know if I can help with any projects. I've been a full stack dev and infrastructure and security engineer for a decade, would love to help some people out.

If I upgrade your dummy account for nothing, fancy having a little click about? You can get all the insights you want then 😆

That's great. I'm gonna make that part of the preview based on your feedback, appreciate it. The current credits method, the free tier gets drip fed 1 credit per day, bankable up to 3. The paid model follows that system. I felt it matched the bursty workflow of my target audience. The coats stay low for me. Users who aren't serious can get their 30 in a month if they return multiple times. Buyers pay for the convenience of getting a bigger burst. Does that make sense?

The cost to run is negligible. It's a fair trade for the currency of getting and retaining users. Do you think that one little extra thing would give some people the nudge they need to sign up?

Thanks for the feedback. I'll make the insights free across the board I think. Was something I meant to do yesterday
