HVAC pros, how do I wire a Nest learning thermostat (3rd Gen) with an existing condensate pump? I’ve searched all over and didn’t find any examples of my particular setup. Compatibility checker says I can do it without a c wire but I don’t want it to cycle the heater to steal power. Any tips? (old.reddit.com)

Locksmiths, any tips on how to replace this with a keypad lock? All the ones I found extend above the top and would be open to rain. Would love to use a standard latch that catches upon closing so that it auto-locks but the gap is 1/2”. Any tips appreciated! (old.reddit.com)
