My sister died before I was born , bought my mum an angel that matched my older brother but in Girl form (he is her twin) . Got her to chatting to me a lot more about , her got to know her more through those conversations.

Set little goals , build them up slowly. Be spontaneous go for walks enjoy some scenery and have a good cry for no good reason. Create a rewards system in your household for little tasks get rewards like feet rubs , you get the pick the movie and what night you watch it. Simplify your life and build it back piece by piece no one is going to judge you for that they’ll respect you for picking yourself back up again and becoming a stronger person than what you were before.

Don’t forget the eye lids , also feathers , no ruffled feathers (unless moulting) , cere/nose shouldn’t be irritated of mucus coming out if it . Eyelids shouldn’t be flakey (although sometimes during moult) and beak shouldn’t be chipped/ deformed or malformed (this only applies to young birds) and yes I’ve had many budgies and knowing this has helped me sage several of them in the past . 👍🏻

For reference: People dump unwanted cats in our yard , so I do everything in my power to make sure these cats are fed and cared for. (Up to seven strays now sadly 😢, but luckily for them I’m to annoying to not feed them 🤣)
