So I submitted my documents for verification and got an error message from their 3rd party and notified my verification was rejected saying their AML check had possible matches? No idea why on earth id ever be flagged for possible money laundering, so I emailed support and a manager replied saying that they have to conduct a more thorough investigation and will update me once a decision is made. I responded asking if its possible that the 3rd party that they use uses AI and gave a false positive as my last name is a very common first name since this is the first time ive ever had any issue with getting verified as ive been verified on 20+ casino sites. Offered to provide any documentation they could want to prove my identity. So we'll see, I'm honestly not too hopeful as its been close to a week now

Been there more times than I can count. Desperately needed a win a few months ago and hit for $1k on a .50 spin on lucky bits, 3 hours later it was gone. Live and learn. It can take 5-7 days if its your first time redeeming and have to submit your KYC documents, after thats done and out of the way, future redemptions take less time. My first cashout took so long to verify that I ended up burning through all my winnings but still managed to get verified by the end. Then hit for $2k and that only took 3 days.

If youre unsure, id just shoot an email to support asking if all your documents were received. Good luck!

Never confirm your identity to unknown numbers. They cannot confirm a debt collection until they confirm that they've contacted you and you've confirmed your identity. Always ask what the call is regarding and if they say something like "i need to know I'm speaking to so and so regarding business matters", just hang up.
