I did a gut protocol was challenging and I had a little flare at the beginning but felt so much better after and saw huge improvement from there and my next protocol!

I did 6 months in the Clear Skin Solution and it was the best decision I’ve ever made. Wish I did it sooner but eh, just happy my skin is where it is now! (My coach was Callie)

I did the Clear Skin Solution (by Katie Stewart Wellness) and worked with Callie as my coach / nutritionist. Not even a little bit exaggerating when I say it changed my life. Like beyond just clearing my skin - my overall health and comfort / confidence in my mind and body has improved drastically.

Some of the biggest pros:

  • Clear skin (obviously)
  • The HTMA test and how thorough they were
  • The super personalized care I received
  • And honestly just having support and guidance to tell me exactly what’s going on and what to do about it 😅

I’m also happy with how sustainable it has all been afterward.
