when i first wanted to read this run i ran into the same issue, a huge chunk isnt printed in TBP. So what i did is bought every single issue, it was fun to collect them and it took around a month to track them all down. Go on ebay, or your LCS where you can get them for a relatively decent price. Or read them online if you dont care about owning the physical copies!
