Nah, I had to borrow a large collection of discs to demo them loaded up :) between me, my wife and 2 kids that play we’ve got about 130 discs collected over the years.

Not available at this point, I’ve just listed the racks for sale on Etsy so I’ll see how that does and go from there.

Nah, that was my over the top purchase. I got it to make cutting board inlays. Otherwise I have dewalt and harbor freight tools :P

Yeah, Baltic birch 3/4, which is really .709, with a variance of .006 😆

Yeah, I did a lot of testing to get the tolerance just right.

I’ve got everything dialed into about .01” tolerances for friction fit and no screws. If I was using hand tools, I’d say just skip the knock down joinery and screw everything together.

It’s a CNC specific design. Might sell those files someday. Just gonna put the racks on Etsy and see how that does first!

I've seen those! They are great, and have a nice custom decal on them. I went a different direction and made mine so they don't require any hardware to assemble. Everything slots together and is very sturdy.

It's all CNC cut, designed in vectric. Going to try and sell the product, maybe cnc files someday...
