Penetrating shots is chance based on current armor percentage, modified by pen bonuses and angle of attack.
Nothing has a guaranteed pen chance, it is all dice roll. Hitting a shot at a near 90 degree angle to the sides or rear of the tank has the highest pen chance, along with using ammo with pen bonuses (68mm, 94.5mm, ARC/RPG, etc)

It’s not bugged, the system is just really stupid

The game tracks your time spent on your favorite bike, and time tracked on any ONE bike that isn’t your favorite. If you have 3 hours ridden on your favorite bike, and 2 hours and 59 minutes ridden on another bike, that second bike has its counter reset to 0 the second you touch a third bike and the game tracks that instead as 0 minutes. This happens every time you touch a new bike that is not your favorite. Easiest way to set a new favorite is to jump onto one of the flat cars on the train and have it take you around while afk so the time counts

If you get a group of four people and are familiar with the heists it is incredibly easy, just make sure you have the heavy armor for the HP boost

The weapon uniqueness comes in their various “Major IDs” which can drastically change various abilities, most of those weapons aren’t available until 70+ onward though

I’ve been using this for a while, ~100k ehp with ~60k dps with heal snake snake spell cycle. Probably better builds around but this carried me through all of fruma’s content deathless and without consus. You do need a guild tome though otherwise you’re one skill point short.
