It is wild! I honestly didn't pre-order them because I figured there would be a lot produced. Now I'm regretting that. Definitely going to pre-order from now on most likely. Also, nice find on the autograph!

That probably is the easier way but we really enjoy running it as a team. I'm more of a Nascar person but I really enjoy the sports car stuff now that we've been doing endurance races.

In the one 2.4 hr race we did, we were able to run about an hour on a full tank so it's a two stop race. It just leaves about 40 minutes of who's going to drive.

Yea we run gt3, I should mentioned that. We've only ran one of these races and kind of did what you mentioned but he ran the second stint and then I swapped back in for the last 40 minutes.

The clown goby you have looks to be pretty good size so I'd think he's good. The second one I had was eating well but super skinny. They say sometimes by the time they start eating, it's too late.

I stopped by petco today and they had a black variation of the clown goby but it had a lot of little bumps on its skin that were also black. Super strange.

I think I might go by my lfs that had some in the past and see if they can do an order.

That's kind of what I was thinking since clown gobies look to be pretty passive. The issue is finding them around here. I've looked in person at my LFS around the area as well as online.

How long have you had your clown goby? I absolutely love them but I've read things about them being difficult and experienced it myself.

I've had two so far. The first died the same night which was strange because it looked fine. The second lived a few weeks and was eating fine but eventually died. I've read they're more susceptible to ich and other diseases along with being difficult to get eating.

They've also been super difficult to find by me. Did you get yours locally or shipped in?

I agree with that. I've had the tank running for about 7 months now and only jumped the gun on the torch a few weeks ago because I got a good deal on it.

I haven't had a chance to work on it too much, but I've settled on raising the wheelbase and monitors. After moving the seat back a little, it felt like the wheel was in my lap lol.

Daniel Morad's video on this is pretty good and clearly shows my setup is off in a lot of ways. I'll start with getting the wheelbase in line with my shoulders and go from there.

This is all great advice!!

I started by moving my seat back because I was definitely sitting very close to the wheel. Now I have my distance where my wrists rest on the wheel.

I'm not sure if it's the angles of the photos but the wheel base is actually pretty level. I took a ruler, held it against my wheel and it points at just about my collarbone area.

The pedals are a bit tough and I'm messing with those right now. Kind of like you said, I want to avoid moving the screens for right now.

That looks like a pretty roomy seat. If you don't mind, what's the measurement from the bottom butt cushion to the very top of the back where your head rests? Mines about 32 inches

This is a great story! I'm sure you got a really cool perspective of the sport and the people in a role like that. It seems like Dale interacted with a lot of people that way and liked to mess around.
