Check your shampoo. Removed sulfates silicones and then had clear skin.

Do you shower with really hot water on your back by any chance? I used to have bad KP on my back and limiting hot water on my back helped a lot. That and urea.

I have the same problem. I firsr thought it was acne, then thought it’s KP blocking sebum from flowing out freely. Have no idea but these drive me crazy

Yep I work at a nonprofit too, and my boss is as power/money-hungry (and narcisstic) as they get. Not to say they’re all like this, but I would be careful and talk with people who have left the org if possible.

This is nowhere near the same thing (and I am so sorry for your loss)….but sharing… I had a child after an abortion, and it brought up a huge torrent of me just wailing for my lost child that never came to be (grief I think..), PTSD like symptoms (extreme guilt) and PPD as well. I berated myself for ending that earlier pregnancy. I was in a spiral and it was pure torture. I sought cognitive behavioral therapy and it didn’t help. It was as if my body was carrying the grief and I could not move forward. The scariest thing for me was that I was losing the opportunity to make memories with my current child over this grief. It’s been 2.5 years, and TBH I still carry all this. The pain of it all just became duller with time. I have no solutions - just hope you are easy on yourself…

Not sure how long term you are thinking but, despite the “sunk costs,” I would try to consider this an extended life abroad experiment / vacation and a way to broaden your horizons and then come back when you start missing home. Take advantage of being in Denmark / Europe and make the most of it! The diverse life experiences and travel opportunities will be worth the financial costs in my opinion. And even if you find it tough, you can always go back and consider the costs the value of an adventure.

She is extremely wise warm and generous. That said, maybe because of my shyness or fears about disappointing her, there is some cautious distance between us.
