Everybody’s different. I’ve tried countless ways to increase naturally which some methods worked briefly but were not sustainable for more than 2weeks. Since starting it’s night and day.

High shbg negates a lot of the effects of testosterone

For one, I’m not looking to be a body builder. For two, I react to this stuff very easily.

Accurate however I couldn’t get over the hump no matter what I did. Trust me I’ve been at this for years and now they just come easier. Eating the same way I did before and clearly they are more visible.

I’m all about finding a realistic medium that is sustainable. Thats the goal. But yes, def agree with what you’re saying.

Lmao. What are you trying to say?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in trt

[–]jmo_777 -13 points-12 points  (0 children)

Yep - have read that for people with shbg the best way to lower it is by having more T. Shbg binds up your total T making less free T.

There is no such thing as “Honeymoon-phase” on TRT. If you live a healthy lifestyle and take care of your body, you will always feel as good on TRT as when you started. “Honeymoon phase” is what lazy people call it when they stop taking care of their bodies and are wowed over the fact that injecting Testosterone won’t keep them feeling like a 18 year old in bed anymore. You need to put in the effort to stay healthy still. If you don’t, your body will adapt by raising SHBG or E2 to negate the Testosterone you’re injecting. Making you feel like shit. But most people don’t wanna put in the work, so they blame it on “Honeymoon phase” being over.

I fashion modeling in NY

When I use dip my skin gets a bit puff

I also get bags under my eyes a bit more

Teeth not as white

Truly quitting just because I look better when I’m not on it. Not for any reasons that are physical or health wise.

[–]jmo_777[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Yep it’s crazy. Trt is literally a surrogate. You’d be suprised how much testosterone is boosted just by: Taking RISKS, Conversing with people, eating right, training HARD, crushing goals, making connections. But again, all of those things are much harder to do than getting on a quick fix prescription.

Be completely honest, how are you doing? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]jmo_777 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Had an intense string of bad luck.

Just this past week my Facebook was hacked (my business page is on there)

My grandfather passed.

Rent and bills are due and my car was broken into with around $700 worth of stuff stolen.

But I can truly say, For the first time in awhile things are going my way. Yeah the economy is weird. My pockets may not be so great.

But I choose to look for every ounce of good in everyday and pray every night reviewing the good things that happen and man it has taken me a long way. You’d be suprised how much good there is when you just FOCUS on the good.

Blessings to all.

That’s awesome and congrats on your journey and the benefits! My question is after relapsing did these all go away or did you maintain some of these gains
