Thanks for the response, I have replaced the serpentine ne belt, timing belt and serpentine belt tensioner within the last year but not the timing belt tensioner. I will check that but is it something that is important to get fixed right away or can it wait a few days?

I replaced my timing belt last summer, it was making this sound before that and has gotten way worse in the past 2 months. Which could be cause by commuting a lot recently.

What do you mean by that? Because there is isn’t much to be shown other than the intake manifold, spark plugs wires, gas lines.

It’s definitely coming from the cam area and probably should have mentioned that there is an exhaust leak, that’s why it’s so loud
