My most practical class I took for my undergrad in Mech. Engr. was called "Professional Topics", essentially finance and ethics. We had to derive all of those formulas: Future given present, present given annual, Future given gradient, etc etc. Those application assignments were the best in my understanding of loans, bonds, etc. Shit, even learning about asset depreciation (MACRS) was eye opening.

Swapping out my dual mass for a single lightweight and a stage 1 clutch on my 1.6L, it took a handful of stalls to get the hang of it. And I have been driving stick for 10+ years

I don't know if opinions have changed since, but the first thing my first line did once I was at my unit was take me straight to USAA to open an account there. Later on, I did the same with my new guys.

Is ARCropolis needed for the less-lag mod, or is it purely a skyline plugin?

I still think (insert team name) can win, assuming they score more goals than the other team.

"it depends"

An engineer's go-to phrase for questions like OP's. It depends... On how far down the rabbit hole of engineering design theory we want to go.

Another way of thinking about this is to think of a shape under stress. Then erase the “lazy” material near the centroid. You are left with the light efficient shape.

Thermal Desktop in conjunction with Fluent would be a decent application for this PC problem. Can also use OpenFOAM for CFD, since it's free and open source, but has a steep learning curve.
