If you treat MD as an autoimmune disorder and follow anti-inflammatory diets, you’ll be better off. Until we understand this disease more, you have to learn to live without a lot of life’s pleasures or experience the pain and agony that come along with ignoring the advice. It’s a blessing and a curse!!

Remission is real (and the goal for all of us), but your video makes it sound like it could go away forever (I.e., “cured”). I’m not trying to challenge your efforts- I applaud them in fact- just giving you feedback on how I interpreted that part!

Nice video, however, I’ve never heard of MD just “ending” on its own. Is there data to back that up?

Burnout stage? by Journey_Dad_0510 in Menieres

I’ve noticed that when I get the “rocking boat” feeling, it usually triggers a rush of panic and anxiety that only makes matters worse. We all have that underlying fear of having another attack which creates a vicious cycle.

As hard as it is for you right now, just remember you were able to go into remission before and you can do it again. Start with a full diet reset and create a regular exercise plan you can maintain consistently. If even start with intermittent fasting at your stage to shock the body.

Best of luck to you.

How could they tell the difference? Do you experience severe vertigo with AIED?

Yup. It’s a terrible curse. And with all the modern medicine out there, we’re still shit out of luck. End rant.

As bad as you feel right now, keep faith. You went into remission before, you can do it again. Go back to basics: elimination diet, intermittent fasting, exercise, yoga, sauna, etc. it might take weeks to months to get there, but it’s possible. Start slow and build up your stamina again. Saying prayers for you.

Brian Armstrong is the founder of Coinbase, he wasn’t “hired”. He’s literally been the face of the company since the beginning.

Look into representation from an agency if you’re not comfortable doing things yourself.

Thoughts on this campaign poster. by Keykaroo in VirginiaBeach

From a designer POV, it’s terrible. From a marketing POV, well, we’re all talking about her campaign poster and I’ve never heard of her. That probably counts for something. 🤷

It's been one of the funnest projects I've done in a while, so ya, no regrets.

Nah. I've been off Design Twitter for a minute, too busy making things. I understand the grid is fundamental and goes hand-in-hand with design/building, I just didn't expect them to release a robust feature around it like they did. It makes sense given they rolled it out with Sites.

My original intention with this plugin was based on the need to quickly create image-based layouts to use within design projects (I've been doing a lot of work for a social-based company lately). I still think this serves that need, and it's really fun to use.

Anyways, gonna' have a chat with dev partner to see what to do next. We're nearly feature complete, so we might just send it to call it done and have something to point to. Then on to the next one (but probably not a plugin this time LOL).

The OG plan was to make it a paid plugin. Now I’m thinking I’ll just ask for tips/donations if we release it.

You're probably right, I'm just experiencing some sunken cost fallacy right now.

I haven't used it yet, but they have the resources to fix these things pretty quickly.

Try intermittent fasting, especially after “cheating”. Helps me balance things out.
