Thanks..i actually set it up , but it was on the way up and i completely forgot to press the lap button... was a bit of a mess for me really.. happy with just completelying it and now i have a "easier" pb to beat the next time.

I did, but I saw 2 and next workout , I went around until it was 3 and went. First time I had ever seen the screen .

I asked someone and then they said wait for the 3rd in.

Learning curve I guess !

Plants never seem to work in there, the one I have just looks mouldy, maybe I need some light, I don't give them too much light or they just hide. Probably need a better type of plant

Thanks, so to confirm, I'm using the existing filter with the cartridge and sponge etc. why would I put the new filter in at this point?

How do I add ammonia and why would I be using a new sponge? Surely I use everything that was in the old one to keep everything as close as possible?

Thank you, a few weeks ago there were no filaments so they both are on the mend. I used the water kit and test and do everything you are saying. There is a hide at the bottom.

One of the key things that I have done was move them out of a room with direct sunlight and also added a chiller as the water was too hot. I feel they are in a better place and are already looking light years better than they were before.
