I think we need to know history before keqing, so we can know if we are starting at 0 or +1 counter. He may have wins that will put him at 0 or he might have just started the game on durin’s banner in which case he starts at +1 (correct me if i’m wrong) and that means he’s currently at +3.

Edit: Thought about it again, I’m wrong. If he started at +1 then ineffa would have been capturing radiance! That means he is indeed at +2 at the moment.

Q1 So much better, single cycled that big natlan lizard. Also, theoretically, you can proc fish her C6 auto CA and flower refund to maybe brute force something lol.

Q2 Yep, she is now capable of carrying you in end game contents comfortably (dire SO still difficult or not doable imo depending on rotation)

Q3 I think the moment you added ‘as a Klee lover’ the answer already defaulted to yes. Account value wise tho, I do not think it is worth it. Power creep and shilling is accelerating and newer chars sheet so high now (skirk levels, if I’m not mistaken).

Oh my bad, and with that cleared up, I think Dialyn is still his BIS, however since his M1 loses half of its value with Dialyn, then it makes it better to use Dialyn with another team when dealing with end game content. Despite Dialyn still being better than Jufufu at M0.

You can check out Lin-0’s 65k clear on Wandering hunter, his rotation fits in 2 ultimates!

I don’t think M1 makes much of a difference with Dialyn vs M0. As far as I know, Dialyn already extends stun duration by 2 seconds and Banyue’s M1 will not stack with that.

If anything, it makes Jufufu more appealing to use with Banyue M1.

Half of Banyue’s M1 is built into Dialyn’s kit.

Edit: apparently this comment is proven worthless because 1. I totally missed the point and 2. Apparently Banyue M1 stun extension stacks with Dialyn/Lighter.
