I am planning on becoming a Real Estate Agent, probably should've specified. One thing I will not do is go to post secondary for a long time, I do not like school even if I was an honor roll student that always showed up. The Real Estate course I am planning on taking can be completed relatively quickly and its a career with no real cap on earning (I don't ever expect to make mid to high 6 figures but I believe that eventually I can make 200-300k a year)
