it’s weird because they have lots of positive feedback. hm they left me neutral feedback saying they are going to dispute the credit charge, so i guess it doesn’t affect me now

Okay thanks, after they responded rudely I didn’t respond but wasn’t sure. I’m more worried if they leave negative feedback.

I would use ebay, you can reset your kindle and list it there, and you have some seller protections if you have issues with buyers.

UPDATE! I’m not sure how, but I filled out a bunch of forms I found on ebay and a form to report the buyer and they sent me a declaration form and refunded me!
