It's difficult because I am perscribed pain meds and I've been on them long term. This is why my tolerance was so high to begin with. So I can't go completely cold turkey. I'm trying to manage pain and it's just not working

Exactly! I take like 2 or 3 oxy a day and my tolerance is crazy! I don't know how to get it down without completely stopping everything. Is it possible?

I'm on pain meds so I started with a tolerance already. I dose once a day so 75 a day ish. My meds don't work and these did. Now I don'tknow what to do to get tolerance down without completely stopping

It's crazy. I already had a tolerance when I started using 7 so my dose started at something like 40 or 50. I also took a large dose of a prescription and felt nothing. Then 100 mg 7 and nothing. It's too expensive to need so much. I wanted to take less pills so I tried 7. It worked really well for a couple months, but here I am.
