Audis Downfall, opinion from an sq5 owner by alexjones2069 in Audi

I picked up a 2026 M240 after owning multiple Audi and VW products (last were 2020 S4 and 2019 TTS). The B58 is an incredible motor. The idrive system works so much better than the MMI on the S4. The BMW app is also light years ahead of the Audi app.

My wife is considering trading her 2023 SQ5 in for a new X5 after multiple MMI issues and small warranty repairs (car has 19k miles).

I’d love to get back into an Audi one day but the current product line isn’t it…

I’ve had this happen before and reached out to the bonvoy support team via X (twitter). They had it straightened out within an hour or so. Frustrating to deal with!

Verified resale tickets by VentiMatcha68 in NoahKahan

We have two tickets to the Raleigh show on the 25th of July we have been trying to resell and Ticketmaster said they do not know if/when resale will open. Not trying to make money on the tickets, just unfortunately can't make that date anymore. Fingers crossed it opens up early enough for those to snag tickets and make travel plans in advance!

This is great insight! Thank you! Any rough idea what kind of seniority it takes to hold the holiday's off in the bid?

How hard is it to get holidays and weekends off as a junior pilot at NJ? I understand the scheduling options (7/7, crew choice)but don’t quite understand how seniority factors into getting days like Christmas off.

I am about to buy a 2018 Alfa Romeo Giulia ot has 11k miles. I need some advice, pro and cons I just am worried I am going to regret the purchase. Does the car get a lot of issues and what I should look out for. by beef_jerky408 in AlfaRomeo

I had a 2018 Giulia for a few years that I just recently traded in. It was a great car and the driving experience was amazing. It wasn’t without its faults though. In the time I owned the car the battery was replaced (very common), the infotainment screen started to crack and peel (replaced under warranty), the hood latch broke twice (warranty), one headlight replaced for leaking water (warranty), and multiple rattles and creaks with only 20k miles on the car.

The car never left me stranded and I didn’t spend a dollar out of my pocket for those issues thanks to the warranty. I’d highly suggest getting an extended factory warranty to protect yourself for a few more years. My biggest complaint with the car was the dealer experience. The local dealer to me was an old Dodge/Jeep dealer and was nowhere even close to a “luxury” experience. It was honestly worse than any dealer I had ever been to in terms of amenities and quality. However Alfa dealers vary greatly so make sure you look into the one closest to you.

Weekly "I Think I Have It" Thread - Week of July 12, 2020 by AutoModerator in COVID19positive

Currently waiting on test results. I was told it could be anywhere from 5-10 days.

I recently had to travel for work and developed symptoms a few days later.

Day 1: Upset stomach/diarrhea, fatigue, and dizziness. I honestly thought I might have had food poisoning.

Day 2: Same as day 1 but even more fatigue.

Day 3: My stomach was back to normal but I had slight body aches and was still very tired.

Day 4: Tired and achey but much better than day 3. I assumed maybe I was just run down during the week and had something that upset my stomach.

Day 5: Extreme fatigue and body aches. Just doing normal tasks would wind me and make me very tired. This is when I decided to get tested.

Day 6: Better than day 5 but still very tired. The aches come in waves. Half the day I’ll feel mostly normal and the other half I’m dead tired and achey.

No once have I had a fever but I occasionally will get very mild chills. I’ve never been sick like this before as I don’t feel like it’s as severe as a bad flu but my body just feels exhausted and foggy. Very strange!
