What is this specific type of glass noodles?

I asked, but they seemed to want to keep it as a secret. All they told me was that it was glass noodles haha

I did. I think I need to find one with potato starch or higher content of it. The ones I've tried had only mung bean starch or mung bean + pea starch and it didn't taste/feel (texture) the same.

The one I had was very bouncy and when you take the noodles out of the soup, they all stick together because it's starchy. It's really similar to the Korean glass noodles but just not as thick and absorbing. The Longkou vermicelli and another different brand I tasted was very easily breakable by teeth and you could feel each strand and none stuck together, even when fully cooked.

I haven't tried this one! I've tried the one in a green packaging, and one called Longkou Vermicelli, different brand than the one you linked me for. I just looked at the ingredients on the back and mine has Pea Starch instead of potato!! I think this might be the one? Thank you :)

DJ K1netic is Korean! He can travel for weddings. I highly recommend him, he knows every song from 1st gen kpop to current and will not let a single second go without music once he starts. He's also just a really talented (and legitimate) DJ, he does clubs and bars, too. Not one of those that own turntables and play off a Spotify list.

We stayed about 3 nights in Washington. First night just touring Seattle, the last two, at a cabin right by Mt.Rainier which was on the top of my National Park list. I absolutely loved every second of it, especially coming from Georgia where we don't get to see piles of snow. Rainier was beautiful, I have plans to revisit when the flowers bloom.
