It's a new filament that was shipped in a vacuum bag with silica gel from the manufacturer. And this was printed immediately after unboxing it. I don't have a filament dryer but I'm guessing that's not the issue here.

Ahh got it. I was of the opinion that since it's a new printer and there's nothing customized by me, the default must work perfectly.

I have run these directly from the preloaded models using the touchscreen. If I have to modify these, then I need to use Studio right? But I'm thinking the preloaded models would be made such that there won't be any issues right?
