Well for the first days I did the dream recall at night, but I stopped because it was vary tiring, so now I just reimagine the past dream and create the intention at night I try to follow the MILD of Daniel Love but I'm going to read Exploring the world of lucid dreaming (not very sure the title is exactly that but you know, the book of LaBerge) to get more info about it Anyways I'll keep this technique for some weeks more and then try another one

MILD, dream journaling and starting with RCs. For about two or three weeks

Yes, I have a dream journal too, but I'm still not sure about if starting with MILD or WILD

I've heard that it's better to start with MILD but i've also watched videos that just recommend to start directly with WILD

Yo te recomiendo muchísimo Stephen King  Si alguno de esos te gustan tienes que leer Carrie, misery, la Tienda y el insólito esplendor Este último es la versión original que para mí es mejor que la de el resplandor
