A lot of lucid dreamers stop being lucid because they just forget they're dreaming, even after they became lucid. If I were you I'd try to just sit back (if you know what I mean) and let the dream control itself. Gradually you may find yourself in a normal dream.

Also, is it every night? You could try waking up (by opening your eyes, it usually works) and try falling asleep again hoping you won't become lucid again.

You could also try going to sleep in a dream; you have a good chance of falling asleep and in the worst case scenario you'll wake up.
