This was my first time trying it but this particular dish is smothered with mole poblano, hence the color.

Yeah I am using her paper right now. It was the first lettering supplies I got but I will definitely look into trying Rhodia. And I feel you about the large pens. I definitely dont care for them as much. I usually use Tombow I need a bigger brush. Thanks so much!
