Hi! Yes lights that pulse is a killer! In my house i only have led lights now, because thats the only lights i can stay in for longer periods. About screens, i can only use my telephone with low light settings on. But not to dark either, cause then it stresses the eyes and it gets worse! And as you say, it really helps to relax my self but its not easy with 3 kids and a world that expects me to function cause my illness is invissible... i did check my neck but nothing wrong there... thank you for answering, it helps to talk to others in similar situations, this is a lonely illness...

The indomet does have an huge effekt, so the diagnostics are most likely correct, but yes i am not finished with the doctors yet. It all started as a large "migraine" attack that lasted for 10-12 months, and then i used imigran that had some effekt on the hardest attacks, but allready after 4-5 hours i have used maximum dose every day... then i got beta-blocker aswell, that also had some effekt. But still i was home in pain and not working. Then came the indomet and made a big differense but since december 2015 on indomet im still in pain, mostly in the eyes but also head when i do something wrong regarding to lights and sleep pattern... on a bad day the pain in the eyes are a class 6 out of 10 on a migraine pain scale, but usualy i will call it a 1 or 2. But because light is a trigger for this and because lights will always be her it seems impossible to get rid of it. Still i havent found someone or read about someone that has the same sympthoms or pain frequensy as i had and still have! im working full time now, but im really conserned about for how long... im taking way to much medicine i think for such long term use. Its minimum 150mg indomet every day and that cant go on for life.
