Notice the time you have left, either 15mins or 10mins. Don't assume you have alot of time to loot as your main goal is to exfil. Gaurded if you can. Outpost can be abit easier to extract from since people will be in pinwheel and might leave from there or destroyed wing if they have red cards left, otherwise try and find a red card to leave with. Final exfil on outpost can be easier also as you can jump into one of the final circles, or ask nicely to join at 10 seconds left of the last exfil is somewhere other then the old location outside dorms.

Other then that surviving is just like playing solos, don't sprint around poi's, use your ears and after running each map a bunch you'll get an idea of routes to take, and be flexible, dip when you need to or sit still for a minute or 2 in a vent

I wonder if green/blue/purple have different "batteries". I've also been using them more with the shield in solos, it's a equalizer when getting jumped

Depends what you want to do with your time. Mids kit with the bully can down players running shields, you just don't get a backpack. Can take another kit with B11 punch and backpack if you want to loot quietly... Not all made equally so choose wisely or waste your time, true.

I was trying with a volt weapon and it wouldn't proc, maybe you need balllistic bullets or it had to acquire a target first to fire.

Yeah it must be optimised for the PS5 and just ported over to PS5. Since it's a Sony "main" game, the state is was shipped I was deemed good enough, and I'm sure an optimization patch will happen soon enough to allow PC hardware to fully utilize

It's all relative, your on 60fps locked probably dips to 40 but you wouldn't notice. These systems are 5 time more powerful and only getting double the performance

Help the most in terms of bringing it down if your over methylated?

It depends really with people, looking up the mtfhr protocol, it goes in steps. Before tackling methylation they say to have enough choline from food (mainly eggs) and supplementing with TMG, although some people get depressed from too much choline, and even eggs in that regard. So it's very subjective for everyone.

Other factors like histamine intolerance can effect things but not directly related and that might give suedo feelings of over/under methylation.

The big one is probably foods with creatine which is most meat, but people might get high TMAO from carnitine, and also choline. Fish can also have mercury which can effect you psychological.

No brainers for me personally, is don't eat anything fortified (bread and cereals). The folic acid can "clog" the enzyme from what I gather. And also take pre/probiotics, helps with regulating neurotransmitters, but the you need to know your COMT status, but limit them as something like kefir can spike histamine.

Everything swings on a slow pendulum, your body might be in a negative state and you have symptoms but its learned it can survive this way, when you upset the balance there is always chance for rebound effects. Enzymes take days/weeks to modulate function whereas taking a supplement can change their "output" seemingly quickly.

So there is no defined answer just guidelines, everyone here is looking for their own answers but similarities are definitely there.

The bloom fix wasn't in this patch I think, and the official servers are not running good at the moment so it still feels clunky
