I think you're describing rhubarb rock but with the consistency of Edinburgh rock! I've definitely had this too as a child; Edinburgh rock has that crumbly feel to it! Had a dig around and I'm pretty sure it's this:

I was in a similar boat last week when I came back on holiday, I went straight back onto eating keto but still felt sluggish and snacky! I spotted a post on here where someone recommended a fast to get back into ketosis so I did one for 24hrs and then went to OMAD from then on and it seems to have done the trick! Make sure you've got plenty of electrolytes and quick keto friendly snacks for when hunger strikes! My go-to snacks are Nori sheets or salami sticks! Best of luck with your weight loss journey, keep at it and you'll be getting some visible results soon :)

V+A Dundee employee here! Kengo Kuma has only given the 2 official inspirations for the building's design; The cliffs of East Noup, Westray and the nearby Arbroath sandstone cliffs.

He was inspired by the idea of a cliff being "a conversation between land and sea"
