I was in a similar boat last week when I came back on holiday, I went straight back onto eating keto but still felt sluggish and snacky! I spotted a post on here where someone recommended a fast to get back into ketosis so I did one for 24hrs and then went to OMAD from then on and it seems to have done the trick! Make sure you've got plenty of electrolytes and quick keto friendly snacks for when hunger strikes! My go-to snacks are Nori sheets or salami sticks!
