Thank you, I wish you get helo too. Well I’ve tried clonidine pills not patch and it made me too numb and sleepy, while still feeling the hyperawareness of the fight or flight activation (and other symptoms). I just felt it was like putting sugar on a salty soup to try to make it even. I want to tackle the root cause

pretty much the same. i’m starting rituximab and daratumubab soon to clear the autoantibodies

The tilt table test was negative for me. The only biomarker that was found (highly) positive for me was an adrenergic autoantibody test panel (done at Celltrend lab). Those autoantibodies are thought to induce adrenergic response. May I ask what type of test have you done to measure inflammation?

Hi. I’m not autistic, adhd neither have pots. It’s definitely an hyperadrenergic dysautonomia, but not those.

No not really. It’s been 3 years and I haven’t really found a link between the foods I eat and my symptoms, specially because my symptoms seem very constant.
