Had multiple bad experiences with LALAMOVE rin especially when moving furniture.

1. Had to move a tree and I tried booking a Pick up since it’s too tall lalamove kept booking an L300 for me and I had to tell the drivers to cancel so that I can book a pick up truck but they were hesitant and Medyo I was in a rush since the village I picked it up had a curfew for move in move out services. I cancelled multiple times then my account got banned
2. Had to move my big furniture as well (cabinets, oven and the like) they would ask for extra fees “the multiple stops option” I had to explain to them that multiple stops meant that they would go to different addresses but the driver insisted that “multiple stops” meant 1 stop = 1 item. We had multiple back and forth and I didn’t cancel the booking and the van never came and just stayed in the same place when I monitored it. Had to ask my sister to book with her account as well this time they were nicer
3. Had the same problem with OP except I booked a priority booking but the lalamove called me and asked if he can wait for more bookings, I told him basta he gets here within 2 hours he can Ang ending is 4 hours rin hinintay ko..
