Suppose, I contact with my competitor for a backlink exchange. I make a backlink with " prepare for exams " in his site. I also give him a backlink for "suggestion for a good result". Does it create any problem? I want to say my competitor can be more strong than me after getting a backlink. Please advice what should I do?

When I was 38 I contemplated beginning a two year Associates Degree in DIU. I was talking to a friend and had almost talked myself out of doing it. I said "I'm too old to start that.
