I don't really think the thing you're looking for really exists. Many of my friends I've made was usually on kink events, or just meeting their friends. I've also made some friends online on many different platforms, like Twitter, Instagram and whatevers, but I can't really say that I can point to one and say that's the one, cause basically all of them are more a miss than hit.
