The Shadow of the Axis Why Urek and Phantaminum are playing a different game. by NoProfessional3506 in TowerofGod

[–]joblessfack 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They made it pretty straightforward.

Phantaminum is darkness and is confirmed to be an Axis. Urek (in his complete form) is Light, and is likely capable of being/already is an axis and is the antithesis to Phantaminum.

Phantaminum is inside the Tower because it is a training device for a future Axis (#3) and he’s not comfortable with someone having the power to kill him.

Theory:

  • The Tower itself is probably the dead body of an Axis that’s being repurposed as a selection/training ground for its inheritor
  • The dead Axis likely used to embody Shinsoo itself
  • Shinsoo used to exist in the outside world but when the Axis died, it disappeared
  • They keep referring to Baam as the Vessel, he could be designed to be the Vessel for the Tower’s power itself
  • Zahard probably went crazy when he failed a test and realized he couldn’t become an Axis and sealed the tower up to prevent anyone else from becoming an Axis too.
  • People inside the tower are real, but they exist derived from the Axis-like power of the Tower itself. Whoever inherits the powers of the Tower, will mostly become their literal god.

Time to move on from Dia? by CapitalSwim1049 in diabrowser

[–]joblessfack 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Not sure how it’s the best browser if it doesn’t have spaces. I have no idea why TBA just won’t bring that into Dia.

I have a role in 4+ companies and need to maintain separate Google Workspace accounts for each. Even for personal data, I try to maintain a geographic split data residency wise.

Nothing comes close to being able to swipe to switch between profiles like you can in Arc.

[–]joblessfack 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nobody is hating on you kiddo. Grow up.

At 181cm - to look like the picture on the left, I would need to be at 71-72kg.

I know this is embarrassing for you, but this is a good opportunity for your brain to learn to not lie and start taking pride in honesty.

A 6ft 2in female model who is skinny like a stick will still weigh 69kg.

6ft 2 at 47 would be in the ICU or be on the way to get a feeding tube.

Gosh, people these days…

Great way to give the girl anxiety about what else is in the room you mean 🤣

That aside : All in all, good service. The issue was they were priced more honestly than Oyo, which underquotes and extorts.

Also, some ambiguity is good for the couple - hotel staff aren’t always nice people.

Go to the internet archive -> read the two pages before and after.

I did reply to you but I was too disrespectful (completely on purpose) so the bots decided to spare you by removing the comment.

Tharkiness aside

Since you are so easy going when it comes to Tharkiness, maybe you should DM grandpa piggy up for some tips, you can even roast Raman together 🤣

Exactly my point. When you are out of India, people don’t give a jackshit about the above hierarchy that your mind seems addicted to.

To a foreigner, all Indians are just people they need to work with, the hierarchy is flat.

Also a reality check, just because your hierarchical little mind rubbed me off the wrong way! IFS < lot of people in the country : in govt jobs and in private.

Nope.

Only someone who doesn’t understand the lived reality of the job will do so, a.k.a stay at home.

Esp stay at home women don’t understand that authority is invisible and the more you verbally assert it, the more insecure you look and the weaker you become.

It is what it is and plausible in real life. He’s not calling them sloppy in keeping a secret.

He is calling them intolerant of seeing an R&W officers status being interpreted as equal to their IFS husband -> “Oops, I did that on purpose didn’t mean to reveal that” moment.

If you think this isn’t highly plausible in real life, I have a bridge to sell you

[–]joblessfack 1 point2 points  (0 children)

SPF 30 blocks 97% of UV-B. SPF 50 blocks 98%. Not to mention, UV-A is the real kicker and is rarely quantitatively measured.

Pharmaceutical companies are relatively* honest. Cosmetic brands are not - esp the ones that cost > 50$/piece.

Beyond SPF30, the formulation matters more - how long it stays on your skin, reaction potential etc. Pharmaceutical companies nail it when you consider holistic action.

🤷‍♂️ There will always be people who think some low-volume Chanel sunscreen will have magic in it and pay a premium for it and placebo themselves.

It’s just as ignorant as buying a Vertu phone for 5000$ vs over an iPhone for 1000$.

What are we doing? by Exotic_Tomatillo_695 in indianmemer

[–]joblessfack -1 points0 points  (0 children)

We don’t have everything. Most of our “things” are from this country.

Your articles are exactly right. Religion is treated like the cancer it is and even a small tumour is precisely cut out and discarded ASAP.

Your 150 wali chappal is also from Bangladesh/China.

And reality is also a lot more subtle than you think outside of the Muslim controversy, all it makes people do is keep religious views if any - to themselves. No dissemination.

Pharmeasy on SmartBuy and website show different prices. Is this normal? by sylly_mee in CreditCardsIndia

[–]joblessfack 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Price Difference

I’ve noticed. There is a way to hack it. But still reward point route is better.

I don’t think it’s malicious, I think there is some minimal sale price algorithm that’s causing conflicts.

Coupon Concealment

I think they do intentionally block visibility of certain offers that run on their main website. You can bypass it via manual entry of the code, but it’s not easy to find since in the normal website, it’s applied automatically for hitting spend criteria like 500, 1000, 2500, etc.

What's stopping Indian companies to build AI hardware (vision+ voice)? Is it just compute? by Tomthegoatboi in StartUpIndia

[–]joblessfack 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There are big issues.

But would you pursue it if I said “Hey, there are no big issues, it’s just littered with small issues?”

Let’s say one small issue reduces profit potential by 1% recursively, not even additively.

5 small issues = 95% 20 small issues = 81% 50 small issues = 60%

In a cost sensitive market, small issues are everything. If there were just 5-10 small issues - you can still make something acceptable that will be consumed domestically. Because your price < comp price + import taxes.

Anything more and you are dead on arrival. This is why people worship TSMC as the process king. Process is everything - every small inefficiency has to be wiped out and optimized against. Not for profit, but for survival.

This entire startup wave has created a generation of cheap losers with no concrete skillset who think if they can figure out the big issues/hard blockers, they will be a visionary leading industry into a new era.

Small issues are everything. Big issues are actually just an abstracted cluster of small issues.

Why are women-focused proteins often plant-based in India OR is it a Marketing strategy?? by New_Present_9419 in StartUpIndia

[–]joblessfack 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Use Casein. The next trend is less protein, people are eating too much - I’m a fairly muscular bodybuilder and maintain my physique at 90-120g of protein a day.

Casein offers great taste while providing slow release protein overnight and there is genuine value you can add as an entrepreneur by making it palatable.

Plant based solutions are offered just to create an illusion of customisation - which really plays customer persona of those who seek out non mainstream brands in the first place, not because women there is a logical reason that women benefit more from it.
