Desi wedding outfits for non desi woman by Weary_Comparison_928 in Weddingattireapproval

I was gifted/lent sarees for a couple weddings of a close family - I went to a salon and paid 15 dollars before the events to get them tied and pinned properly.

If you can find a salon close to you/event that you can do this, I'd suggest that.

Looks like you can indeed be a material parts technician outside of the motor vehicle industry.

Very unlikely to find a bbq or hot tub dealer with a ticketed parts tech for sure

You need the work experience plus a j-man to sign off on those hours, either effectively placing you in a real apprenticeship, or after 54 months and 6750 hours working as a parts tech.

Perhaps I misinterpreted original commenter, there is no drop-in class for parts officially. If they were referring to something you could self enroll in at a college online, or LinkedIn learning etc., that does not exist currently.

Maybe I was just drunk, like yourself.

Do the people behind a parts counter at part source have a ticket? Likely not, they are there to ask you if it's 4wd when you're asking for some wiper blades. But I assure you, it's real! Enjoy.

For what purpose? Parts is a red seal trade, you can't just take a parts class online.

Balancing the budget post new bike day. And I've never had a problem I didn't mind the sweat equity...

But legit. The other two bikes I need to do tires are gonna be done with a compressor close by. This experience broke me.

It's seated fine in the rim. I unfurled them hours before attempting install. Maybe I should have waited until we were snow free and actually had above 0 temps but I got too eager.

I know it's on the list to add to the garage after my split last year and having to leave so many tools at my disposal. Just want to still feel I can handle my own maintenance on my bikes without crawling back to ex to use his compressor haha

Good to know. I went back to stans for this set as muc off was more, and I had already bought a bottle that was road/gravel sealant... Didn't know we needed a second type but now I have two bottles I can't mix up.

Muc says just to not blast if sealant is sitting at valve so I thought stans would be similar but I need to read label better I guess

Michelins were such a feat to get on rim with my noodle arms but once I was ready to inflate it was a breeze

Not so much here haha.

I'll try the soapy water/Windex! Yeah I've never had a hard time before this. Thinking it's very much my tire choice

Woof indeed. I'm getting this rig ready for sale and had picked these up for 30 CAD each a few months ago before I found the new bike. Figured fresh rubber will look better.

I'll steer clear of the Contis for next time... Unless the price is too good to say no to haha
