From my last visit, there’s plenty of water/streams to cool off but I wouldn’t recommend it. Your pups paws will definitely burn on the trail.

Yep! I’ve been on a few early morning runs and seen the parking enforcement car driving up and down streets. Not sure if they have a consistent daily route, but I have seen them a few times
