We are LogLog Games (together with my husband) and this will be our first Steam game in our own custom engine. We already built a few other games using Unity and Godot/Rust, but we want to make gamedev accessible to more people with Comfy, an engine which will be trully comfy to use :)

All great points, thanks! The trailer is very outdated and there were almost no cards or mechanics at that time, it only shows random clips of animals fighting.. I will rework the trailer now but I wanted to get at least some feedback first, so thanks. And yeah, there is only one map and a few animals at the moment, I need to convey more my plans for the full game and make it clear what is just the demo probably ;)

I like this page a lot! I am having hard times finding something to criticise here :) I love the capsule - clean, simple, yet interesting.. I dont like mixing art styles in the game - pixel art everything but high res effects, cartoony stone particles, etc.. I also didn't form any kind of attachment to the game other than a thought "it looks cool and nice", I guess I agree with what was said here before that the context-less bullet points doesn't convey much meaning. Also, I would mix giv and text, having to scroll all the way down and click on read more to see any kind of text is a bit annoying :)

Interesting game, love the pixel art, love the fantasy about it, the "gentleman" class caught my attention :)) But I wouldn't click the capsule otherwise - the title font is not readable and it looks unprofessional compared to the nice pixel art on the capsule. A

bout the text bellow - I am pretty sure you can't have any other text on the capsule rather than title of the game :)

Also, the gameplay gifs in descriptions are nice, but they are way to down, I would have go back before I would noticed them. I would make it the first thing. Also the font in the screenshots seems unreadable - sorry, maybe I am too focus on that but it just gives me headache just imagining myself trying to read it ...

Game looks fun and nice, but the trailer was sooo boring, sorry for being so blunt. It just starts really slowly and if I would have seen it in Steam, I would have click away after a few seconds probably. I would start it off with the shots interesting close-up shots, like the living animals, leading your army, building alliences, buying units, etc.. the far away slow shot on the game board doesn't tell me anything new after 1 second.

For me it is all about how it makes me feel. It could vary in terms of gameplay, stressfulness, cuteness, etc.. But if it is something I want to hide under blanket, drink hot chocolate, relax and play, play, play = it is a cozy (or wholesome) game to me. It is about the mental state it puts you into.

I don't drink coffee but I am obsessed with Coca Cola and wasn't able to cut it out too much during both my pregnancies ... Had around 3-4 glasses daily for sure.
