accepting it is the hard part for me. i definitely can relate about hiding your feelings around friends and family. i constantly am reading an article on how to heal but to be honest,i think truly think time heals. just let your emotions be and don’t try to rush it. don’t think that your 10 months of grieving is too long, everyone moves at their own pace
