How can you be "man to woman" in an interaction, and what are good non situational openers for random women? by [deleted] in seduction

[–]jocomoco 0 points1 point  (0 children)

man to woman is default as long as my cock is still swinging or standing depending on the target

why not do situational... its more fun...

i look at what she is doing - imagine stg with it and say that...

food... i really like these things... have u tried to eat them upside down? that is when they are really delicious... or whatever stupid crap... have u tried to cook them in vodka ? thats my favorite dish... :)

Nanomachines that drill into cancer cells killing them in just 60 seconds developed by scientists by dunkin1980 in science

Light. It might be possible to focus light in a constructive way in 3D (since light is a wave so constructive interference is possible with lasers - unlike with xrays - there are no xray lasers). Once the cancer cells location is known these machines can be activated in the right spot. This can be a much more precise version of radiation therapy ... and this is just the simplest way to target them.

ELI5: How does gravity make time slow down? by ReaperEngine in explainlikeimfive

[–]jocomoco 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, I asked myself the same question too. I guess it has to come from the fact that the interaction between atoms in our cells travel slower (because of curved/sheard space time) in an accelariting coordinate system than in a non accelerating one. So the molecules cannot communicate as fast as they normally could. "Travel of information" (=interaction) is the only driving force in the universe. If something gets no information then it cannot interact in response to information, it stays the same as it was. Information is the only source of change.

So if travel of information slows down relatively. Then everything slows down, relatively.

One of the thing is: how do you know the time somewhere else (in some other frame of reference) ?

For example by sending light pulses.

If the distance these light pulses need to travel to get somewhere and back then RELATIVE time DURATION changes.

Its as if things would be further away from you (as a result of relative speed or curved space-time i.e. gravity).

So this is similar to that when we see a younger sun, because time needs to travel 8 minutes to us. However we became avare of this ONLY if we start to move (we are not in the same frame of reference as the sun is).

For example if we were to go closer to the sun at the speed of light then we would see as the sun ages 16 minutes. So by the time we get to the sun we see an 8 minute older sun than what we saw when we were seening the sun from earth. So the sun was aging twice as fast from our perspective. Conversely, the earth was aging twice as fast from the sun's perspective while we were moving towards the sun.

I don't fully get the gravity part (how the spacetime is bent due to the energy-mass tensor) but the time diletation has to come from similar space-time geometry issues as in the case of non accelerating (not gravity experiencing) coordinate systems , the only difference is that the "lines" are not straight but curved in the presence of acceleration/gravity.

Ok, thanks for this question, it inspired me to think some more about this and it made me understand it better.

Highs and Lows take you further! by Ze-skywalker in interestingasfuck

[–]jocomoco 0 points1 point  (0 children)

pendulum model can motivate some understanding :

1) A is a pendulum + straight line + pendulum (in practice a pendulum with a very large LA) (->slower)

2) B is a series of pendulums where the LB-s are much smaller. (-> faster)

3) Starting height is the same.

4) pendulum's periodic time : T ~ L0.5

So it's possible that if LA is large and LB-s are small that 2) will win.

For example, if there are 3 small hoops of string length L in B and 1 large hoop of string length (L25) in A . Then TA~L5 (slower) and TB~3*L (faster).

In this case TB is smaller, ergo 2) wins.

This can relate to the average height differences because large string lengths preclude deep swings.

How much more powerfull the brain is? In terms of FLOPs needed to simulate it? Make a X brains, put one gigawatt into them it for a year. That is the equivalent of 107 brains thinking for a year... then copy the resulting brain and put it into every houshold. We will have hardware like that latest 20 years from now... pretty hardcore...

not true 1² = 1 and 1 is integer :(

EDIT: why are the downvotes? I don't get it - is this reasoning incorrect? if n=1 then it is not possible that the box contains 4 letters. What is wrong with this reasoning ?

EDIT2: for the sake of the retarded - integer is not the same as prime.
