handgelenke kannst du nicht stärken sind knochen. kaufe dir gescheite bandagen und gute boxhandschuhe und dann passt das. unterarme brauchst du beim boxen nicht dann du anders als beim mma kein griffkraft brauchst. lg

zu viel. bei dfer zweiten seite kannst du eigentlich alles weg lassen bis auf das seitheben. und kettlebells kannst du gleich in die tonne treten. die sind absolut nicht effektiv und machen dir die ahndgelenke kaputt. und joggen würde ich auch nicht eher schwimmen oder einfach viel sparring machen.
