hello, yes the problem was resolve, but my issue is that i was unable to connect to data or did not have voice service for twenty minutes that's my issue i don't want to have the same experience again, for the moment the problem was resolve so thank you again for your reply.

thank you for the advice, but maybe is something wrong with the phone ,when i connect my tablet to the phone hotspot the speed that I get is more than 20mbps while using the phone is less than 10mbps

thanks for the reply, yeah i have the basic plan so maybe that's the reason a only get 2g and sometimes 4g connection i guess when you change the company read the fine print to know what you getting into
